JERUSALEM (CNN) -- Leaflets signed by the commander of the Israeli military were dropped over northern Gaza on Saturday morning, warning residents to "leave the area immediately" to ensure their safety.
Israeli tanks and troops have massed on the Gaza border, and an Israel Defense Forces spokeswoman said ground forces are prepared to enter Gaza when they receive orders to do so.

I would say so - likely 24 hours notice.
in other news, Hamas invites (tells) local citizens there is nothing to fear and invites them all to the basement of the largest apartment complex in Gaza..(nevermind the rocket launcher on the roof)../s
Perhaps the Israelis could provide detailed maps of the invasion route with clearly marked command posts, fuel dumps, camps, etc....?
The invasion is underway. The Isralis laid down a smoke screen at dusk and are now penetrating Gaza. I think it is a new tactic. Cool chemical smoke the Israli night vision can see through. They will come at night out of the fog. The Hamas terrorists will be toast by morning. Kine of like passover if you get my drift.

Leaflets can be cool. In the past, Israel has put on detailed maps! |
From watching live reports from the border earlier...Howitzers were firing every 20 seconds or so. While the sun was still up looked like some of them were smoke shells. Also looked like one of the shells hit a massive mine, explosion was huge in the footage I saw.
Heard that tanks are on the move now, repositioning closer to the border. Also heard that Israeli radio are warning that rocket attacks from Gaza are expected to get more intense in the hours ahead.
Not being reported on the networks that I have seen.
Gaza has 11,000 people per square mile. Someone is gonna get hurt.
Prayers for Israel.

Israel does practice censorship with regards to reporting and this includes foreign journalists.
Some information about military actions and movements may be withheld in the coming hours by CNN, Fox News reporters etc. in the Gaza area.
I’m curious what get out of the way means. I didn’t think Gazans were allowed to leave Gaza, which is a pretty small area.
“Israel does practice censorship with regards to reporting and this includes foreign journalists.”
Yep. No journalists allowed in Gaza. The press really isn’t free in Israel.
Are you getting your info from a streaming link?
Can you post it?
Thanks!
“dropped over northern Gaza “
I guess it means head south toward the Egyptian border
That is pretty much true, however, for the last week people that are not from Gaza were told to get out and allowed to exit.
Live on CNN/FOX, doesn't seem to be the main troop movement yet. Doesn't seem like they are holding news. But they could be.
“I guess it means head south toward the Egyptian border”
Perhaps so. And stay where I wonder?
I've seen reports where reporters were showing footage of Israeli ground forces along the border, saying that they couldn't say exactly where the location was.
