If need be, the Second Amendment is the final enforcement right of the people at large, against a government which no longer serves the interests of Freedom and Liberty.

Many of our legislators do not believe in the existence of a Creator, so how can you expect them to defend and protect our Constitution? In order to accept the above statement one must first believe in a Creator.
You are, of course, right..But, you may have to project your God given freedoms from a jail cell courtesy of the courts or the legislature or the President if what I see coming down the pike transpires. Watering the tree of liberty with our blood should take place before they get the cuffs on us. And I pray it never comes to that.
