Moral equivilency is a slippery slope.

There is absolute right and wrong. Some acknowledge this and seek what is right. Others avoid it and try to make what they do right.

I have served in combat and have been shot at by teenagers. They received the death penalty with judgement served by a hellfire missle. Case closed, no hand ringing.

The fact that they caught him before he succeded in his evil plot to kill is his only saving grace.

First of all, let me thank you for your honored service. I appreciate it very much. And I thank God, that you were able to come home to your family and friends. And yes morality is a slippery slope. But as I said.....people do as they are TAUGHT, no morality to it. A simple statement of being human. Whatever a person is TAUGHT, they will usually abide by it, but in a lot of Middle Eastern countries, they are taught only to kill, no respect for human life at all. Teach the minds of children (what ever it may be) and you will rule the world.
