Did you miss the “planning to carry out a suicide bombing” part? We don’t execute 14yr olds (Iran does) and we don’t execute people for planning to do something.
So if we caught the 9/11 plotters before they carried out their plans, execution would have been wrong in your eyes?
And I am sure he has now seen the error of his ways.
