This is a management problem. If there is an immigration violation, it needs to be caught by the consulate in Poland before they get on the plane. If the Consul grants them a visa and then Border Patrol denies them entry, we have a problem.
From the point of view of promoting tourism, these people are owed airfare and more.

Excellent and very valid point.
The Somalis and other black muslims don’t seem to be having this problem.
I started crying when I read this article. I have been a supporter of lifting visa requirements for Polish citizens.
This treatment of those whose country remains one of our staunchest allies is just horrific.
I am at a loss with sorrow for what these visitors endured.
Did you see this article?
My decased father was one of those vets. He was in a wheelchair lots of the times. They would mash his arms, and I would ask them "why are you doing that when every place you do that is going to be bleeding under his skin?"
He fought in three wars which destroyed his health, and then was treated like a criminal at our nation's airports.
My first thought as well. They know who it is that plants bombs and flies planes into skyscrapers. When I start hearing “Press 2 for Polish” I know we’ll have a problem.
You have probably figured out I don’t care what you think. You don’t appear to be too bright.
Can’t be letting independence-loving Christians in unless they can somehow enter directly in middle America. In the commie east and west coasts, michigan, vermont and all, these are the very people their parents warned them about.
Thanks for the ping.
This makes me ill. The Poles have been our best friends for many years. They are fine and upright people. Knowing many Polish immigrants (many in my family) and Slovak immigrants (many in my parish) the Eastern Europeans DO NOT deserve this.
The idiots should be fired!!!!
>>always someone wanting exception for their favorite illegal.<<
Wait a second, did you read this....
“While most of the time the reason for inadmissibility was an old immigration violation, there was also a 60-years old woman, Mrs. Anna, who said she had never overstayed her visa, but still was not admitted. Allegedly, she was told that her visits to the U.S. were too frequent. Her explanation that her son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren are U.S. citizens did not help.”
This is not a “favorite Illegal”. She got her visa (that are very pricey I might add) and did everything right. What makes her Illegal?
My Pastor is fine Slovakian Priest. He has been with us for 10 years. He has brought his mom and dad over twice a year every year, correctly with the right paperwork. They are NOT illegal have absolutely no intention of staying here forever and always return home, yet, according to these standards, they may not be allowed back.
Is that right?
Meanwhile out President and his flunkies keep our southern border open to the drug cartels smugglers and illegal “immigrants.” Great job of coordinating our efforts.
Anyhow, happy new year!
But that lady didn’t break any laws. She just visited too often.
And honestly, it scares me because families in my girls’ Polish Dance class fly back and forth all the time. I really enjoy the news from Poland.
In my case, they told me I overstayed my visa (when I) worked here between 1989 and 1991,
Those jerks giving the Poles a hard time are dupas.
