AP paints Obama far removed from race baiting and the race card but there has been NOTHING but race cards thrown ever since Obama was declared the ONE. During Obama's campaign everything was called racist that was unfavorable to Obama getting his way without the MSM kissing his ass. Obama has a "wonderful" golf swing BTW and is getting a puppy and needs to work on his bowling. Nothing to see here move along.

One thing I've NOT seen, other than Bobby Rush's remarks right after the appointment speech, where is the expressed black outrage that the Senate might not possibly seat Burris? I'd sure love to see a website or two on the subject.

I especially like how Rush went up to the podium after the announcement and threatened anyone who would speak against the appointment.

Rush is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus, as well as a former member and founder of the Illinois Black Panther.

Back in 2000, Obama challenged Bobby Rush in the Dem primary the IL-01 seat. Obama’s message was blacks and whites must come together to promote socialism. Rush’s message was Obama is the “white” candidate” and derided him for lacking “street creed” for being raised by whites. Rush defeated Obama by the black vote alone. Flash forward 8 years later. Those same Chicago blacks who thought Obama was an “oreo”, now worship him as a god. Go figure.
