There is not a shred of evidence listed to support the scenario that you have created. It was detectives that told the parents that the 22 year old, who was tragically killed, who had broken the window. Why would they make that up. It is not hard to determine if a window was broken from the inside by a shot or from the outside. It is hard to construct physical evidence to conform with lies about a crime scene on extremely short notice. The police were already called by the time the shooting occurred.
