Ever see a housing development where every single house looks identical to every other house? Kind of like 1987 and you own a Caravan and you go to the grocery store and lose your car in a sea of gray Caravans.

yes I have seen those. Never been so drunk that I couldn’t figure out where I lived though. If he was that drunk he shouldn’t have been driving.

Regardless, doesn’t really matter. He broke into a home that was not his. The only part that really matters is he evidently had not entered the home yet.

That couldn't be the case here. It's an old area of town. The houses probably did look very much alike when it was first developed but over 50 years or more the landscaping and changes that people make to their houses increases the differences. Houses might look similar but there would be a lot of differences too.

Still, I can accept that he might have been too drunk to know where he was but breaking the window does make a big difference to me. He wasn't completely on the outside of the door anymore.
