Charges that Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen of the U.S. and, therefore, constitutionally ineligible to serve as president top the list of the 10 most "spiked" or underreported stories of the last year, according to an annual WND survey.

At the end of each year, news organizations typically present their retrospective replays of what they consider to have been the top news stories in the previous 12 months.

WND's editors, however, have long considered it far more newsworthy to publicize the most important unreported or underreported news events of the year – to highlight perhaps for one last time major news stories that were undeservedly "spiked" by the establishment press.

The most visible actors that are a part of this coverup is our very own so called “conservative” talking heads.

I’ve stopped listening to Rush after 18 years due to his loss of words on this issue.

If Obama is ineligible to be president, his administration would be forever on thin ice. He would continuously have to work at keeping his poll numbers high enough to save himself. How could he ever lead the country through a situation that would cause him to loose popularity? If he stayed in office, there would be that “hammer” of ineligibility hanging over his administration.

EVEN WORSE: If Hussein Obama renounced his US citizenship when he went to school in Indomesia, as he had to do to gain admission...and when he travelled to Pakistan in the early 1980’s under an Indonesian passport, since travel there was illegal for Americans...he was never naturalized when he returned to the US! America has very possibly elected an illegal Alien...a WETBACK!!! as President! Can he even prove he ever registered for the draft?

One of the reasons O won't release his Pepperdine, Columbia, Harvard Law School transcripts would prove conclusively that he's a product of affirmative action. The other more important reason, did he register as a foreign student ... as his father (a Kenyan) did before him at the University of Hawaii & later Harvard?

The highest legal authority ( SCOTUS) has not even reviewed the evidence on it’s merits.

Hearing has been blocked on a technicality repeatedly.

I would also nominate the humanitarian works of Cindy McCain. Nobody thought that was worth writing about, and it might have taken ink from all the stories about Palin’s wardrobe.

The basic theme for the MSM is as follows.

1. If a democrats did a bad thing, hide it until it can no longer be hidden.

2. If a republican did a bad thing, make it front page news and exaggerate it. If the story has been found to be false, continue to report it as fact.

3. If a democrat does something that damages the country, our prosperity or our future, report it as beneficial.
