It’s not called the Rapture but it’s there.
Sure is!!! Thank God!
“Its not called the Rapture but its there.”
I hope that a pre-tribulation rapture is how it will play out. However, I don’t see this in scripture. I am inclined to think, hoping I’m wrong, that scripture indicates Christians will have to go through the tribulation.
You might be interested to know that pre-trib rapture theology is relatively new in Christianity. I “think” it didn’t catch on until late 19th and early 20th centuries. It really caught on big when Hal Lindsay started writing his best sellers in the early 70s.
I am not dogmatic on my views in this area of theology. The differing views of “end times” causes a great deal of anger and stife with some. I’m not one of them. I am only dogmatic/certain on one thing. Namely that Jesus Christ will bodily return at a time of His chosing as has been planned all along. The hows and when are unclear to me.
Interpretation of Revelations is pretty deep and hardly anything for novices to talk or worry about. Plenty else in the Bible to focus on.
Try Second Coming of Christ.
