Unfortunately, I don't tolerate naproxen sodium well. It is too rough on my digestive tract, as is aspirin, usually. I find my options are pretty limited. Imitrex is my best bet for migraine. For other pain, it's pretty much ibuprofen or acetomenophen. Muscle relaxants can help, but I can only take them at night. Chronic pain is nasty.

I've been trying a new approach recently. I've increased my intake of raw greens for the past couple of weeks. It seems to be reducing some of my pain from a herniated disk. I'm hoping it's healing and not just coincidence.

I'm interested in knowing the reasoning behind increasing raw greens. (I have a couple of herniated discs)

I'm trying a little bit of Yoga and walking on a treadmill. My doctor said no fast walking or running due to the impact it would make. I'm hoping that the slow stretching in yoga help me get off the meds.
