What glorious institution within our great and wonderful country is going to stop him from taking the oath of office?

How about that glorious institution called "the Grass Roots" or "We the People" armed with the clear and understandable words of that Constitution that all of us live under.

Conservatives, and I don't mean republicans, need to understand we are losing the battle because we fail to communicate ideas and concepts and instead chase after issues we can't win.

Communication is not the problem. Committment to what we communicate is the problem and too many wishy-washy conservatives who go soft and squishy when they should be fighting for their own Constitution.

We simply do not have the power and ability to confront Obama's legitimacy to be POTUS.

Baloney -- 4 months ago no one was aware of his natural born citizenship problems. Now 53% are aware of it according to the latest AOL poll and consider it a viable issue and it is growing and will not go away.

How quaint ! You think the Congress cares about the Constitution or what the people think, especially the members of the minority party. Conservatives do not have a voice instead the beltway

You make my point. Spend more time electing conservatives with a spine and less time on issues we can't win.
