Yes, I agree there's a forensic report. That's why Judge Meeks approved the appointment of an expert witness for the defense who will review forensic data collected by investigators from the home where the slayings are said to have occurred.
If there had been incriminating information in that data, wouldn't they have used it against Nazario in his trial? Maybe the prosecutors thought they'd have enough to convict Nazario with Weemer and Nelson's testimony. But when they refused, the case was much weaker.
The prosecution must be planning to use whatever data they have now for Nelson's trial.
BTW, Judge Meeks is the judge who also denied prosecutors access to the CBS outtakes in SSgt Wuterich's trial, referring to their request as a "fishing expidition".
