You can’t argue with the courts, that’s all. If you want to have driving declared a right, fine by me. As for what your ass is made of, I doubt the court will be taking that one up any time soon.

I thought you were saying “It must be a privilege rather than a right because some judges said so, the history and logic of the issue notwithstanding” and I take it you meant “Since some liberty impaired judges said so, it’s prudent to behave as if it were a privilege”.
