There is no "right to pour raw sewage" any more than there's a "right to drive drunk"..."

Interesting comparison; both are disgusting and deadly.  When I was a government civil engineer dealing with people and their failed septic systems, I was amazed at all the self-righteous victim-hood, just like what we're seeing on this thread.

Amazingly there are people who see no reason to replace a failed septic system just as long as the crap doesn’t back up inside their house.
