So you think a drivers license is a title of nobility?

There's an elderly crackpot named Richard McDonald (assuming he hasn't passed away yet) who used to sell tax protest and drivers license packages to the rubes here in Southern California. One of his followers changed his first name to Rex, because Rex is Latin for King. He seriously believed that this gave the courts secret judicial notice that he was a "Sovereign" citizen who didn't need to have a driver's license, unlike the "14th Amendment" citizens.

LOL. I remember Sovereign Citizen nutballs on Compuserve back around 1995. They also used to go into court and refuse to do anything if the flag behind the judge had a gold fringe around it. Of course, the judges would always be like “WTF?” and then sentence them. lol.
