I've been one many times. I remember at one function we had a breathalyzer and a trained person to administer it to all guests. I was the designated driver and therefore had not consumed any alcohol. I blew a .05.

Haven’t read all the post but didn’t the Dallas police arrest everyone in a hotel bar for DUI since they said the people would have to drive home even the ones in the hotel.
