Not enough to bring someone not drinking to a reading of .05.
As someone who uses a alcohol in a lot of her cooking, and makes a lot of canapes/appetizers I do not see it happening -— unless you only consume gin soaked raisins :)
The reading even disconcerted the person who administered the test to me -— an off duty state trooper.
I’d check the cheese ~ sometimes folks just simply forget how much alcohol can collect in cheese ~ it’s fatty and airtight so it doesn’t evaporate.
