Blind people pay taxes to build roads, also. By your argument, blind people have a RIGHT to drive a car. This is the last sentence I will waste on such foolishness.

Blind people benefit from roads, too. Ambulances, fire trucks, delivery trucks, their ride to the doctor...All need roads.
