For someone to use religion a lot on his/her posts as justification for this and that, and to pose as a religious person, yet get one of the most famous parables Jesus taught completely wrong, is - odd.
Yeah, you know, I get a little suspicious about Bible quoters when they are so factually wrong, misunderstand the intent and context or are just plain intellectually bogus.
It is like saying money is the root of all evil when it isn’t. Money is an important means of functioning in all societies and when you are without money, the funny thing is how important it becomes for basic necessities.
So God would not make an incoherent statement like “the love of money is evil” when he exhorts to work a full day or we should not eat. Our work is a means of production and we are paid coin for our labor so we might purchase a needed something or other.
God does say the love of money is evil and having no other gods before him is the instruction. You love God but not other things. Those things you love on this earth are temporary while God and his love are permanent rocks we can place our faith in.
