A private investigator in Hawaii has uncovered the divorce decree for Barack Obama's father and mother, which indicates they had "one child under the age of eighteen, born in Kenya." That is the report of Ed Hale of PlainsRadio.com, an Internet radio site which has focused upon the natural born Citizen challenges to Obama's presidential eligibility.
Hale announced this during his evening Internet broadcast on PlainsRadio.com, Tuesday, 12/30 and confirmed it with I.O. in an online interview, later that night. He reported that certified copies of this documentation have been sent from Hawaii by the investigator to himself and four others. Hale is to receive his copy today, Wednesday, 12/31 and plans to post it graphically on the site, during the day. He will also discuss this on a special Internet broadcast, between 6 pm and 10 pm Central Time, tonight. The site streams audio as soon as it is accessed via Web browser.

The Texan Internet entrepreneur relates he got fed up with the lack of documentation on Obama and decided to discuss ideas with his radio audience. His offer to hire an investigator was met with piecemeal sums of money from listeners to his broadcasts. Hale said some of the information one would expect to find was not available. For example, documentation from Obama's mother Stanley Ann's divorce to her second husband, Lolo Soetoro, had vanished. Hale speculates, the reason this forthcoming 1964 divorce decree had not also been "scrubbed" could be that the divorce had been filed not by Obama's mother, but by Barack H. Obama, Sr. Thus, it may have been overlooked by any plumbers for Obama.
Hale does admit to incomplete certainty of his investigator's work until he receives it, partially due to the PI's accent, the telephone connection, and his slight hearing impediment. However, he is very confident of what he will receive during the day. Mark S. McGrew, who writes about Obama's natural born Citizen problems for Pravda.ru, accompanied Hale in his broadcast and also expressed confidence. McGrew had sought publication in numerous American news outlets, but they turned down his articles referring to Obama's apparent ineligibility. Russia's Pravda however, decided his effort to find and report the truth was not to be redlined.
As often related, Barack Obama, due simply to his U.K. citizenship at birth via his Kenyan father, is not a natural born Citizen of America, by definition and the original intent of that term. The Supreme Court has turned down cases which make this point, but according to a September decision in a lower federal court (regarding John McCain's eligibility problem), this would be due to a question of jurisdiction, until Congress is to certify the Electoral College vote on January 8. Further action is to occur, after this date. You may read about this in previous I.O. articles and the sites linked in its sidebar.
Meanwhile, on the question of Obama's place of birth, professionals dealing with documents and forensic evidence have testified that the online "certificate of live birth" provided by Obama is not identifiable evidence of American birth. Now, if Obama's parents' divorce decree states that he was born in Kenya (as his Kenyan grandmother has repeatedly stated), the second epistemological wheel is coming off his vehicle to the White House.

I can’t tell you other than that’s what is on some blogs and also on a transcript of an “incriminating” chat room conversation. It may be his name, it may be a nickname, or it may be a “handle”. The blog page, though is API’s and is copyrighted to them (you’ll see it on the top left side).
The ole chief is quite sly and he makes up all sorts of stories and something gets posted and then he says it was someone else who broke into his account and it wasn’t him... LOL.. (when someone catches something that is wrong...).
One time, on the main API site, there was some (supposed) employee that came online and posted some comments about how he could no longer keep with this deception and fraud, and said he was leaving API. Then the ole chief came on (on a subsequent post) and said that someone had hacked the site and that wasn’t a right post. But, then after he says that, he goes to “talking” to this fellow, like there’s nothing wrong.
It’s all really crazy...

While I can’t figure out all Chief Editor Korir’s games (that he was playing), what I do know, for sure, is that Berg confirmed that he was the attorney for Korir, and he was waiting for the Michelle Obama tape to review it. Then I also know that, for some reason, Korir got a Canadian attorney, he said. After he got the Canadian attorney, everyone thought Berg had “bugged out” but Korir said that he had to have one in Canada, because he couldn’t go to the U.S. without trouble, or something like that. It was really confusing to follow.
That happened about the time that the supposed deal with Fox News was getting real “squirrely” and it wasn’t coming through. And I also know that Ed Hale got in on the mess and said that he had a contract for airing the tape and he was going to sue Korir for breach of contract. LOL...
About all one can say is that Korir is the master hoaxster and he definitely got Ed Hale and Berg in on it... :-)
It’s been all the same thing, all along with all the “variations” on the theme of “Obama’s qualifications” — something is always “just around the corner”. I don’t know how many “dates” have been specified, how many court cases are in the works, how many hearings have been had, how many documents there are which shows the “story” — and it all simply comes to zip, nada, nothing, and so on... And “here we are” — still waiting...
We’ve been “around the corner” so many times, about one thing or another — it’s getting to be the biggest joke on the Internet... LOL...
This has got to be the “master hoax” of the Internet. It will “go down in history” as the biggest one, fooling the most people...
The poster writes so fast and so much that mistakes are made, diversions are made, and so many LOLs that apparently it seems an amusement that 0bama got elected while fraudulent.
S/he did say or made it sound as thought some psychopathic college student name Jimmy (and posted links to videos he has up) was one and the same with the African Chief Editor Korir dude.
I don’t really bother reading his/her long rambling discourses any more, they’re full of strange unrelated thoughts - some useful, most not. But be my guest, don’t want to dissuade you from reading ‘em.

I have a bad habit (actually, many...) of posting before reading eveyrthing that would make things more clear.
If anyone hated 0bama more than I do they would spontaneous burst into flame. ;-)

I get copies of record documents all the time, and they are always handed to me at the time that I pay for them. Court docs, such as divorce decrees, are usually obtained from the court house of the county where the case was heard, rather than the recorder’s office.
I have never had to wait for a doc to be mailed if I was personally present at the office.
The whole website was a mess. I realized I wasn't going to get any real information, closed out the open tab on my browser and never went back.
That is the assumption that most here believe to be true, but not so. If the SCOTUS finds him inelligible, they have the authority to have the Marshal arrest him, since courts operate on reality, rather than appearance. (yes, this is way out there)

Yeah, I know..., it was hard to keep up with, people supposedly pretending to be someone else, Korir saying that people broke into the account and so on. I think a lot of it (what was “going on”) was all part of the hoax...
BUT, the *really shocking thing* for me — was to find out that Berg himself had *confirmed* that he was representing Korir in the U.S. Now, that was sort of the blockbuster (in paying attention to Korir). I mean Berg had a case going to the Supreme Court and *Berg* was connected with Korir.... amazing!
I didn't get that impression. I did watch the video. That guy is one psychotic fellow and my instinct tells me he'll be the first one who's a victim of the Black Socratic Method (or whatever).

Personally, I think Star Traveler is a prestidigitator -- he has you looking at one thing to keep you from seeing something else. All that stuff about API/Chief Editor Korir/Black Socratic Method (whatever) is irrelevant. As I see it, even if Chief Editor Korir was using the Black Socratic Method (whatever) no one was harmed except Chief Editor Korir's credibility.

If Time already reported using the “divorce papers” as their source for Obama, Sr. and Ann Durham, what would make these papers any different?
Also, Time reported that the papers were signed in Cambridge, MA. What was this PI doing in Hawaii?
I think Ed Hale needs to be more careful of scam artists. And you NEVER open your mouth until you have the proof in your hands! Unless you actually want to lose your credibility.
You didn’t pay attention to post #351 — which shows that someone was not reading correctly. There was no mistake on my part — only the reader’s part...
My understanding is Obama Sr. was in Cambridge at school, the papers were sent to him, he signed them and sent them back to Hawaii where the divorce was filed.
