Liberals Want GOP to Abort Palin! WE SUPPORT SARAH!
email: Right March/Republican Majority Campaign | 12/31/2008 | Staff

Governor Palin has what it takes! Common Sense, a Work Ethic and a Belief in How Great America Is and How Great it can Be!!

Governor Sarah Palin Love Her or Hate Her highlights the chasm between the innate decency of ordinary Americans and the elitist, moral relativism of judgmental liberals.

If not for the corruption of society by the open minded tolerance of liberal atheistic elitism, and its forcing its way into every aspect of our culture, Sarah Palin–and ALL other women like her–would be almost universally admired. Put politics aside for a moment and look at the person. What's not to like about a tough, intelligent, God-fearing mother of five who's elevated herself from the obscurity of a small town life to national prominence, who is married to a decent hard-working guy who supports her aspirations?

Nothing at all unless you are a narrow minded progressive, and you want to impose the elitist, liberal template on her.

The Liberal Media Attacks Palin

A roomful of academics erupted in anger recently after political analyst Michael Barone said liberal journalists trashed Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the Republicans' vice presidential nominee, because "she did not abort her Down syndrome baby."

Barone said in an e-mail that he "was attempting to be humorous and...went over the line."

"The liberal media attacked Sarah Palin because she did not abort her Down syndrome baby," Barone said, according to accounts by attendees. "They wanted her to kill that child....I'm talking about my media colleagues with whom I've worked for 35 years."

If American Liberal Elitists know the "truth," and have cornered the market on diversity, acceptance, and tolerance, why should they be scared of Sarah Palin? Why is she being attacked from every direction? The answer is simple--she is a clear and present danger to the liberals, and proves that a real conservative women can lead.

Governor Palin Is Fighting Back

Governor Palin, in an interview with CNN, dismissed the critics and GOP leakers.

She said: "I consider it cowardly. It's not true. That's cruel, it's mean-spirited, it's immature, it's unprofessional and those guys are jerks if they came away taking things out of context and then tried to spread something on national news that's not fair and not right."

After she returned to her native Alaska, Governor Palin targeted liberal sexism on the national stage. "Here in Alaska that double standard isn't applied because these guys know that Alaskan women are pretty tough, on a par with the men in terms of being outdoors, working hard," she said.

"They're commercial fishermen, they're pilots, and they're working up on the North Slope in the oil fields. You see equality in Alaska. I think that was a bit of a surprise on the national level."

Obama Campaign Attacks Palin

Pro-abortion Vice-President Elect Joe Biden, attacking Sarah Palin on abortion in an interview, said it would be a "backwards step for women" if Palin had become the first female Vice President.

This was his response in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to a local television reporter, who asked Biden, "Do you think, if she does win, that would be a step forward for women."

A former U. S. Seantor from Delaware, Biden, disagreed and pointed to Palin's pro-life views on abortion as the reason why.

The Liberal Open Minded Women Attack Palin

The comment section, of our blog post, was flooded with angry Obamians who continue to attack Senator John McCain and Governor Sarah Palin. Here is one quote:

"Palin is nothing but a disgrace to women everywhere. Palin will set women's rights back 40 years." - Margie from Missouri (RMCPAC Blog post)

The McCain Aides Attack Palin

Irate John McCain aides, who blame Governor Palin for losing the election, claim she took it upon herself to question Mr Obama's patriotism, before the line of attack had been cleared by Senator McCain.

That claim is part of a campaign of targeted leaks from the McCain Campaign designed to torpedo her ambitions, with claims that she did not know that Africa was a continent rather than a country. (Taken out of context)

Attacks and Retracts

"You are witnessing something quite unique: a man who is about to talk to you while he has his foot in his mouth," Eagleburger said when asked if his NPR quotes had been taken out of context.

"I made a serious mistake yesterday. I was quoted correctly," Eagleburger said. "I wasn't thinking when i said it -- in fact, I was discussing foreign policy, and this was in that context, and I was just plain stupid, and if I had given the flim-flam artist Barack Obama some success with this I am deeply apologetic."

Palin: a Liberals Worst Nightmare

The liberal blogs have much to say about Gov. Palin such as "She symbolizes all of the worst ideological aspects of the Republican party."

"Palin is cut from the cloth of social conservatism and religious moralism. She represents the worst sort of patriotism, the idea that it is America against the world and that there is a "real America."

"Palin manages to combine all of the worst aspects of the Republican party, from their tactics to their ideals. The GOP is staggering after this past election, and if Palin manages to wrangle the nomination in 2012, even darker times are ahead for the right."

Palin a Qualified, Accomplished, Experienced Leader

Governor Sarah Palin is to be admired as an accomplished leader, legislator, administrator, and reformer. She is an intelligent woman that is an example for everyone to respect as a role model.

Governor Sarah Palin made history on Dec. 4, 2006, when she took office. As the 11th governor of Alaska, as the first woman to hold that office, she has been a leader:

Alaska invested $5 billion in state savings, overhauled education funding, and implemented the Senior Benefits Program that provides support for low-income older Alaskans.

Created Alaska's Petroleum Systems Integrity Office

Overhauled the state's ethics laws

Developed a competitive process to construct a gas pipeline.

Chaired the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission. Chaired the National Governor's Association (NGA) Natural Resources Committee,

Served two terms on the City Council and two terms as the mayor/manager of Wasilla, Alaska.

Chaired the Alaska Conservation Commission.

Presided over the Alaska Conference of Mayors.

Well then, the left should be cheering her on. Shouldn't they?

It is not WHO Sarah Palin is but rather a matter of WHAT. Conservative. Liberals have carefully and absolutely created among their following a preconceived notion that Conservativism is the most monstrous evil in the world. She merely provided for them a target on which to focus their hate. It does not matter what she looks like or where she came from, when she stands as a representative of conservative values, liberals are pre-programmed to spew venom at her.

It is like the novel “1984”, the state cultivated among the people a hatred for an enemy and then gave that enemy a face in the persona of Emanuel Goldstien. Goldstien does not even have to be a real person, nor, for that matter, does Big Brother.

”Hate this face.”

”Love this face.”

For all of their arrogant boasting about how intelligent and enlightened they are, it is comically ironic that liberals can not see how manipulated they have become.

Amen to that.

Polls like the one where she was voted “Best Celebrity Neighbor” or something like that are good news.

I think in their heart of hearts Americans want to like Sarah. There will be a “silent majority” waiting to be tapped when the time comes if she works hard and does well in the next two years or so.

There is a hard core 25 or 30% of the country centered in DC-NY and LA that Sarah couldn’t please short of renouncing the GOP and joining “Emily’s List.” It just so happens that the dominant MSM are part of that 25 or 30%, so they make it seem that Sarah is less popular than she really is.

Think about it this way. All four of her major turns on the campaign stage - Introduction, Convention Speech, Debate, and SNL - set ratings records. Truly hated people can’t pull those kinds of numbers and the libs know it.

She sounds great when giving speeches.....but just...damn she sounds like a doofus when random questions are tossed at her.

Really.....random questions that you or I could answer very simply.

What newspapers or magazines do YOU read?

Me: Boston Herald, Boston Globe, and a bunch of fly fishing related magazines.......I read ‘em, so I don’t have to seek out an answer and stumble over myself.

I don’t, you know, umm, I read all of ‘em...whatever’s layin’ around.

Let her speak at every engagement.....keep her away from the press.

You make an excellent point,ALL leftists are perpetually angry, and bitter. Their candidate won, but they are still angry and bitter. They see the word as imperfect, and are terribly upset and unhappy about it, we see the world as imperfect, but are much more willing to accept it as it is. Even though our side lost, you don’t see real seething hatred heaped upon either 0bama or Biden, the way you see the left seething about Gov. Palin, and the GOP. I think a lot of the hatred directed at Palin by other women is because there are millions of women out there who have aborted perfectly normal children simply because they would be inconvenient, and here is a woman with 5 children who didn’t let them hold her back from achieving what she wanted, and she’s happy being a wife, a mother, and a Governor. She didn’t get where she is by playing the victim card.

Strawman alert....kick it around a little and then ASK me what I prefer.

I prefer someone that can answer simple questions without fumbling for an answer and then sounding like a dumbass. She’s obviously an adequately intelligent person. She can obviously give a good speech that reaches the masses (her speeches didn’t do much for me, but she did OK). She oviously cannot answer simple questions without falling back on the same 5 answers she was prompted to give for everything.

....and I like how she’s governed.

Let her give speeches to the GOP...keep her away from an inquisitive press.

She had a bad day, and frankly, she was too nice to Couric. I would have slammed the door hard on the what periodicals do you read question? What, Katie thinks Sarah should be handing out free plugs to her comrades in the dead tree media?

That question screamed for a sarcastic answer and Sarah was too nice to give Couric the treatment she deserved. That’s a confidence issue and and an experience issue and is easily corrected.

Let Couric go. Why focus on the negative?

Sarah was lights out on Canada AM before Christmas talking about the pipeline partly because the host wasn’t grandstanding with questions given to him by agents of the DNC.

Is Sarah still going to be on NHL Network tonight?

And you, Strawberry, had better watch your mouth when you attempt to besmirch someone who most of us here find admirable.

Gee...that sounds like a threat to me.

Watch my mouth or what? You gonna send your fascistii after me or take matters into your own hands?

Good luck with that.

I personally know one of her advisors (whom she didn’t know-—he came from the McCain camp). He has high regard for her and believes her quite intelligent. Even he believes that she was badly mishandled and “boxed in” by the campaign-—essentially ordered to avoid and not answer any questions in the Couric interview unless she was clear as to the precise answer the campaign wanted from her. It was a bad mistake. If you’d like to see her “on her own” back in March in a Newsweek interview with Gov. Napolitano, check out this clip: http://www.newsweek.com/id/156190

Now, that’s Sarah being Sarah, and it works just fine.

One other note. Sarah has incredible instincts. She knew the Bush Doctrine question from Gibson was a trap and tried to back out of it. “In what regard, Charlie?”

I suspect the “what do you read question was a trap” as well. There was a TMZ interview with Couric a while back where she was asked in jest what periodicals she reads and she specifically mentioned that everyone lies and says “The Economist. (But that she really reads it.)” I'd bet dollars to doughnuts Couric had a follow-up question primed on some obscure article if Sarah had said the NY Times, the Economist, or the Washington Post. Sarah knew it was a trap, thought it was insulting and improper, but didn't do a good job pivoting it back on Couric. Again, that's an experience thing.

The instincts are what you can't teach, and Sarah's instincts are very, very sound.

Even Obama once said “She is a skilled politician”. Obama gives great speeches too when it is written. But, he often stumbles and fills up with so many “uhs”, “ums” and “ands”. When she was let loose by McCain campaign, she gave some very poignant answers. When one heckler was harassing her in one of those meetings, she told point blank “ I respect what you say, sir. My son is fighting in Iraq to protect your rights”. That was awesome and unprepared comment. Her “palling around with terrorists” comment worked so well that MSM was trashing her just for that . MSM is scared to death because she speaks her mind. She has the same instincts as a killer whale and that’s why called “Saracuda”. BTW, her “pitbull with lipstick” comment is one of the top 10 quotes of 2008.

The corrupt liberals in both the Democrat and Republican parties are terrified of Sarah Palin and the multitudes of supporters she attracts across the country.

Whatever excuse they offer for their fear, the real reason they fear Sarah is that her initial introduction to the national stage was with the label "Anti-Corruption". She fought corruption in her own state, even in her own party, and had results to show for it. Voters love her. Corrupt politicians and other crooks fear her.

Between DC and New York, there is very little that happens among politicians, lobbyists, bureaucrats, and media mouthpieces that is not geared to some kind of corruption. That's just business as usual. Regardless which party is in the majority, the whole bunch are lying, cheating, thieving, scumbags. They are the enemies of everything that is honest, right, and good.

Sarah is honest, right, and good.

Ordinary people recognize this and respond with enthusiastic support.

Corrupt, evil, vampire types of people recoil as if dashed with holy water.

It's just that simple.

You don't like Sarah because she sounds like an amateur. You would prefer some slick, practiced, lying SOB who talks a good game and tells everyone what they want to hear. Is that right?

I'd prefer someone who can hold their ground in a conversation and win an ideological argument. You're right, she is an amateur - she has common sense, a good work ethic, and love for the country - just like we all do. What else does she bring to the table? Nothing. Leaders aren't 'one of the people', they have something more - an ability to inspire, educate, say things in different ways. Palin doesn't have these things, and isn't going to learn them, as some claim, in a matter of a couple years.

Can't you see how much ground conservatism has lost due to having an meager spokesman (Bush) for 8 years? Your answer is to promote someone even dimmer as the 'next Reagan'. I think that's a clear insult to Reagan.

I think there's a power vacuum in the disintegrating Republican Party and many are projecting their fear of being 'without a leader' on Palin, due to her novelty and good looks. Big mistake.

Absolutely!

It's going to be our job to get the word out about Gov. Palin since no one else will do the job.

It's very similar to getting the word out about how Israel was being bombed up to 80 times per day before they attacked.

The only fair and balanced news is going to come from here.

The drive-bys have made it all too clear where they stand.

Biden’s a backward step for mankind, his opinions on anything are about worthless. Maybe that’s why he’s practically disappeared since the election, and wasn’t even very visible during the election.

Team Sarah now has 64,238 members, growing at the rate of about 150-200 per day.
