Will she end up as a part owner of the Red Sox? Maybe she can file for an injunction against the Times shedding assets until the case is heard. Woo Hoo! This is turning into one heck of a popcorn day. First Blago / Burris, Cindy loses her dignity, and now this.

Pinchy should still be in prison under the Espionage act for printing national NSA and CIA secrets on the front page of that filthy rag.

The suit also names the executive editor of the Times, its Washington bureau chief and, four reporters who wrote the story as defendants.

Good, Hope these scum pay out the nose

sadly, this suit will get nowhere.

The NY Times will first argue that she is a ‘public figure’ and therefore subject to the highest level of proof and then second they will argue that they did not actually ‘say’ that she had an affair but that ‘others said’ she was having an affair.

The NYT will unfortunately win this suit. Sadly.
