ANCHORAGE, Alaska (Reuters) - Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's teenage daughter Bristol has given birth to a son, People magazine reported on Monday.
The 7 lb 4 oz (3.3 kilogram) baby was born on Sunday in Palmer, Alaska, and is named Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston, reported People, who spoke to Sarah Palin's aunt Colleen Jones.
"The baby is fine and Bristol is doing well. Everyone is excited," Jones told the magazine. The couple have said they plan to marry.
The governor's office declined to comment on the report.

Nice.
Wow - the boy has one sensational grandma!
They've been saying that for a while. What are they waiting for?
Indeed. And pretending that the baby has his last name is interesting as well.
Please show a little more respect. Thanks!
Yeah she can probably do “better” if she wants her son to remain illegitimate.
Another Palin infant for the Obamedia to trash. The National Enquirer has to be lickin’ it’s chops trying to the think of the dumbest “story” they can come up with about this baby. The Kos Kommie Kiddies and the DUmbies have to be having an orgasm right about now. A new target for all of their leftwing HATE!
Just saw this on Fox a few minutes ago...
One the one year birthday of my granddaughter, Lilah. Congrats to the Palin family for their new addition.
Here in California if the father of the child signs the birth certificate then the baby carries his name.
If the father does not sign then they give the child the mother’s last name.
Or so I’m told....
Decided against Zamboni, huh?

I wonder how we can send congratulatory messgaes to Bristol and Sarah?
Maybe everyone else thinks it is cute for a girl that young to have a baby and be unmarried, but I don’t. She is an embarrassment to her family.
Well at least he’s got a birth certificate!
Congrats to the Palin family.
Do tell...
Good News! Sarah is a Grandmother now.
