Yeah, it’s like in a war (a “real war” you know...) and you have many different battles. Some you win and some you don’t. If you lose some, you may have to change some strategies and ways of doing things.
In this case, with Obama’s qualifications, if people do want *more* documentation and for it to be *required* — then we’re going to have to set up exact procedures, required by law, that no one can get around — in these various states. When it’s explicitly stated, in law, then people (like some Democrats, for example) won’t have the discretion to ignore certain things.
