I’m not running for elected office.**

THANK GOD!

The fact remains that Sarah Palin is a unrepentant failure as a mother and her political ideology is Feminist, not Christian.**

Venus envy? Yeah the Christian way would have been simply to abort the baby. NOT!

Let her join the Democrat Party.**

LOL! A freak comment allright. RAT party wishes that had someone like her. Hardy congratulations to Gov. Palin on the birth of a healthy Grandson.

All I said was that I don’t trust Karl Rove...so his endorsement of Palin as a “Reagan conservative” means zip to me.**

Human Events named Palin as “Conservative of the Year”

Which planet are you from? One of her greatest strengths is she IS a Christian.

>> a mother who can’t even figure out how to stop her 17-year-old from getting pregnant?

Cut it out. Reagan’s son got liberal, Cheney’s daughter got homosexual, and Palin’s unmarried daughter got pregnant. Family dynamics are concerns of the family, not the Country.

Palin’s not on my POTUS radar, but it has nothing to do with her family.

You’ll notice they all had mothers with demanding careers. Mothers who thought motherhood was a form of servitude.

Feminism is not conservative and it is bad ideology and bad politics.

“Yeah, but she doen’t have an Ivy League law degree and doesn’t know anyone in Washington...
In other words, Sarah is perfect for the job!”

My precise point.

Why is it when you say you don’t like someone, the assumption is that you would have voted for the complete opposite? I know more about Kerry than the average bear, and wouldn’t vote for him if the opposition was Karl Marx.

i think Sarah’s “cuteness” was a little too sweet. No one gets that far in politics without being aggressive, assertive, and from time to time, downright nasty. I would have rather seen that side of her.

And yes, she did the winking thing all of the time. Perhaps a nervous tic. Perhaps a manipulation. It wasn’t Tina Fey.

I listened to her every day, as my TV is turned to one of the networks and they carried the stump speeches—four a day—every day for the last month of the campaign. My personal opinion is that she was pretty tedious. But I also thought “Joe the Plumber” and “What’s his face the builder” were tedious too.

I am afraid of the next four years, but unless Obama is caught in bed with little white boys, we will have him for the next eight. I am more afraid of the mess that is our Congress. THAT is the result of many years of failed leadership in the House and Senate—and a dysfunctional and ineffective President.

We’ve had eight years of a guy that could not communicate. Lets not stake our claim to the future on a woman that sounds like like a dolt. If she is assertive, smart and decisive; then she should start speaking that way. The cute thing works at the bar and during the after church social, but not when running for President.

Yes, this is purely a personal point of view. I know thousands and perhaps millions disagree with me. You are not going to change my mind, nor I yours.

In case you haven’t noticed and living on another planet, one of her greatest strengths is that she has an uncanny ability to CONNECT with the AMERICAN people. Enough of your crackpot liberal talking points.

Three weeks after the Republican ticket suffered a sweeping defeat at the polls, Sarah Palin continues to dominate search engine queries, cable news and online video sites.

The only American politician who generates comparable interest is President-elect Barack Obama. No one else is close.

Even during the Election, people turned up in record numbers - as much as 80,000 plus to see her despite the fleeting snow and horrible weather conditions.

Team Sarah is closing in on 64,000 members. http://www.teamsarah.org/

This is turning into a personality cult, just like the Obama cult.

And just like the Obama cult, there is little under the surface.

I agree to disagree, but to call me a liberal is perhaps the funniest thing you will say all year.

You would prefer Conservatives despise EVERY politician, simply because YOU can’t believe that finally we have a Conservative who is LOVED by the American people - because she “connects” with them.

IF it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, then it MUST be one.

And how do liberals react to people who cause them some moral discomfort? By lashing out at them.

Count me out. I’m sure she’s a fine governor of Alaska, and that’s where she should stay. Nothing personal, I just don’t think she is POTUS material.

I dont think you should despise anyone. If you like Sarah, then have at it. You will be just as frustrated as you are today when she drops like a rock.

She may connect with some people, but not enough.

I would love to see a true conservative. One that stands by their convictions. One that believes that the individual is more powerful than the government. Someone that thinks we need a strong defense, but uses it wisely.

When you find someone, give me a call. Sarah ain’t it.

And its funny. I voice a disagreement, with reasons and you resort to name calling. You sound as open minded as most liberals I have to deal with here in MA.

Happy New Year.

If you feel this way about Sarah, the FR isn’t where you belong. I suggest the Daily KOS or the Huffington Post, but then again I guess you can’t troll at those sites.

Take a look at my history. I belong right here.

Take YOUR jackboots and find another home. You might need a time machine though.

A mother who can't even figure out how to stop her 17-year-old from getting pregnant?

I can't quite decide which of these two comments is the dumbest I have read on Freerepublic.

But in any case I know that I wouldn't want you as mother.
