If they had just used a MOAB there wouldn't be an issue either way. Heck as small as Gaza is 20 MOABs would remove the terrorists quite nicely. Then plow the debris into the Med to make a nice artificial harbor and build one of those mega beach resorts. Kinda like those palm tree islands the Arabs are building in the Gulf.

After reading this thread it reminded me of something last month when I received a summons for jury duty, well I stated on the form my opinions of the left wing illegal purchase of the presidency, my approval of affirmative action and housing concerning the next guest in the Whitehouse and my successful results in keeping any Islamics from being hired at my company.

They excused me indefinitely.
