Rather’s lawsuit is more about CBS giving him the boot than his bogus story which is based on documents that have clearly been shown to be crap.
As for the Bush legacy. He liberated 60 million people more than any leader since Churchill and Roosevelt. That is more important than Dan Rather’s fantasies.
Seems to me in order to prove he was unjustly kicked to the curb, he’ll have to continue to dispute that story which we all know was based on crap. There are plenty of people out there just looking for a reason to believe him.
