Thanks for the heads-up, GipperGal, and great post. I dream that Sarah Palin can become half the populist Lady Thatcher is. She has a chance. No less a Thatcher observer (and friend/advisor to Lady Thatcher) as the esteemed John O'Sullivan certainly thinks so, as he recently wrote in the WSJ. Conservative Snobs Are Wrong About Palin: I know Maggie Thatcher. The two women have a lot in common. GG, you gotta cut the RomneyBOTS some slack...LOL. They sometimes get all twisted up in their Palin attacks.

Thanks, Al. The O'Sullivan article inspired me to go back and relisten to the Iron Lady's old speeches, debates, and interviews. The similarities are striking. I'm going to try an assemble a video of comparison clips.

BTW, this is a photo of Thatcher when she was about the same age as Palin is now:

Perhaps it's my imagination, but they both have similar eyes. Not the eye color, but the shape -- and a look of clarity.

Look at this...I take a break to watch the Eagles beat the Cowboys and all hell breaks lose on the Sarah front.

I thought we buried these fools weeks ago, guys !! Evidently not. But I see the battle is in good hands with you two. But it is getting a tad wearisome with this crap about SP not being conservative enough..or was it too populist or not ?

For any reasonable right winger the case is closed. But these fools keep on coming......Who are these people ??

Best thing to do is remember old Ted Williams crack when he was asked if it bothered him when he went to opposing fields and the fans booed him.....said Ted... "Nah, they never boo a bum !"

So it is with Sarah The Good. We loyal foot soldiers had better get used to it.

BTW That calender looks fantastic!
