I have been to Greece several times.

Insane socialism, no incentives to work, all-powerful unions that make the UAW look like Sunday School kids...

No one in their right mind would start a business there and the ones that do exist spend at least 50% of their time figuring out ways to get around/avoid the government.

Wanna bet that those rioting anarchists want Communism as a cure to the woes of Socialism? Despite the evidence, they look to Government to solve their problems.

This is true with basically most of the Balkan region given its violent history which is why foreign investors are always weary of starting businesses there.
