As officials in Washington prepare for the inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama, two Indiana men have filed a lawsuit asking a judge to throw out the election results.
The suit, filed in Marion Superior Court, Room 10, is among five loosely coordinated challenges that question Obama's status as a "natural born citizen."

The powers that be have decided that legitimate or not Obama has been elected and he will be sworn in.
There isn’t a helluva lot anyone can do about it, as they don’t recognise citizens as having standing to question the Messiah. Citizens may have standing to serve in the military and fight for the Constitution,but they don’t have standing to question the Messiah.
These powers have decided that a little thing like the Constitution isn’t worth the civil disturbances that might arise out of finding Obama illegitimate, so we just ignore the Constitution. a lot of Amendments are about to be changed anyway so why fight a battle over this one?
And this challenge will probably go nowhere, just like the series of all those that have been brought up before now.
Mostly because there are those who will NOT examine and force the production of conclusive records either clearing up, or making a definitive statement on the citizenship status of Barry Soetero, or Barry Dunham (an illegitimate child of what may only be described as a bigamous marriage), or Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., born in Kenya and given an Hawaiian “Certificate of Live Birth”. It is known that he once claimed Indonesian citizenship, and traveled to Pakistan on the basis of claiming that citizenship. It is not known if he EVER reaffirmed US citizenship upon reaching the age of 21.
Stanley Ann Dunham was SUCH a flake.
After Inauguration Day, President Obama will makes decisions and some people will be negatively affected by those decisions. Then those people will have standing to make this challenge. What will the courts do then?
We should fight battles over every one of our rights and amendments. When the founders recognized our rights and wrote our constitution for us, they KNEW there would be attempts at tyranny. Why else would they have need to put it in writing?
I must be still recovering from holiday overload. This statement got a little garbled in during the journey to my brain.
I thought it read:
“Hooters Files Suit Challenging Obama’s Bust Status.”
Y’know, that picture of him on the beach (ugh) must’ve made my chocolate go rancid.
What 0 what is he hiding? Must be bad.
If he's not eligible now, he'll still not be eligible after some ceremony. He will instead be illegitimate, a usurper.
‘Usurper’ ... and excellent choice of words. When the affiramtive action fraud is sworn in without proving he is Constitutionally eligible—isn’t that what affiramtive action really amounts to—it will signal the abrogation of the Constitutional contract by which We The People have sovereignty over the federal government. We will no longer have that sovereignty having been usurped and become a ‘ruled’ people, ruled by the Democrat party and their chosen individual regardless of Constitution. A criminal enterprise will have usurped We The People.
That is the only reasonable conclusion after so long and so much money spent to avoid having to provide his vault document to a court.

The SCOTUS has three conferences scheduled on this issue. One on Jan. 8th and two on Jan. 16th.
The SCOTUS to my knowledge has not refused any cases as has been misreported in the media, they have denied the stays, and the cases are pending.
