I realize that you can name the trust anything, but why would Obama name it after his lawyer?
Can you imagine the debate question: "Mr. Obama, who owns your house?" Confronting a BS answer with this would have been devastating.

As I remember it, the trust owned the house - and the lawyer was trustee: administrator, decision maker, liquidator, NOT owner.
Most often the person writing the trust, IE your attorney, makes himself executor of the trust.
