I found it interesting that Obama took the time to describe ingreat detail his BC in one of his books. Sort of preemptive.
Well, God bless these new patriots of liberty. I hope in the generations to come their names are part of our history as the two who withstood the tide of evil.

These cases seem to be continuously be sprouting up. It’s great. The more cases, the better. If it goes on for a while, something will have to break.

That can’t happen from any court action after Obama is sworn in, as it’s only the Congress that can impeach and convict a President after he’s sworn in. And I don’t expect the overwhelming Democrat Congress to do that, any more than it convicted Clinton...
And there is not enough time between now and the time for swearing in Obama, for a court to do a thing, in that case listed above.
That was the whole point of putting out the forged document. It was not intended to fool anybody who actually looked at it. It was intended to provide journalists with something to REFER to in stories as a “birth certificate.”

Well, Obama’s BC WAS sealed.
Not only that but Hawaii cant just willy nilly be giving out new BC’s to foreign people and sealing the original.

Here’s the thing with that — and these court cases. There are only a very few more days that a court can say anything. And the length of time that these cases take just for *one step* along the process — is longer than the time to Obama’s swearing in.
And once Obama is sworn in, then any court case is “moot” and it won’t rule on any issue like this, because it *then* become an issue that *only* Congress can take up. And I don’t expect an overwhelming Democrat Congress to do a thing, any more than what came out of Clinton’s mess...
All court cases are *dead* after Obama is sworn in — in terms of “removing Obama” from office.

Still, it’s a good measure to prevent this kind of thing from happening again, no matter who is running for election. It has become very obvious to many people on this Free Republic board that we have found *no way* to *actually* enforce this “qualifications” issue. Therefore, this situation should be corrected by that state law in several states, that I mentioned above.
20th Amendment:

Well, since one of his close advisers is ex CIA higher up, and had a look at his passport files illegally, I’d say a well made forgery is about to be sprung upon the courts. That is likely the reason he has stonewalled for so long, getting the best forgery money can buy and getting it into the vault in Hawaii. The Internet forgery could not be used to stand before a court so the new forgery must be so close to perfect that it will pass scrutiny. And many of the sheeple will exhale a sigh of relief even if they suspect the forgery. You know there are nine black robed oligarchs who will be relieved if he presents a really good forgery!

Herein he also states US Senator Jim Inhofe may be sympathetic. There is apparently a GA US House rep willing to step forward. I am not sure at all about the claim of one US senator and One US House rep being sufficient. for blockage (perhaps sufficient for hearing) per other threads here.
Roving- that is quite a fine offering by the ericson party. That exactly addresses the glaring insanity of the Hawaii BC problem.
Hope she finds her lawyer, or better yet, other parties run with this. Checked out her youtube vid though, and she is one abrasive libertarian, to be polite.

The State of Hawaii has exceeded its authority by making its own Rule of Naturalization with its Un-Constitutional Birth Certificate Laws which create Naturalization by SEALING the birth certificate of a FOREIGN born person and issuing the foreign born person a NEW birth certificate fraudulently stating they were born in Hawaii.

The Constitution of the United States is a CONTRACT between government and we, the people; and Hawaii has impaired the obligation of contracts by exceeding its authority and making its own rules of naturalization.
Seems I might have read somewhere that even if a forgery of the vault BC is created, it would also be on microfiche with other ones in the same sequence? Or something like that?
Seems as though it would be really hard to do, without messing with a whole bunch of other birth certs.
I’m just trying to to be depressed about it.
