Sounds like what the dems want for us as citizens, to be unarmed and defenseless.

Illegal where though? Which country's laws would they be breaking?

Gun free zones don't work. But at least they don't have to be beer bottle free.

I wonder if this provision goes back to the memory of 1940, when the Germans launched attacks on Norway from merchantmen?

There have to be exceptions to iron-clad rules if the rules aren't valid any more.
