Minn. Court Denies Coleman Suit on 'Duplicate' Votes @ 3:15 pm by Michael O'Brien
The Minnesota Supreme Court unanimously rejected a suit by Sen. Norm Coleman (R) on Wednesday that sought to prevent a state board from certifying election results Coleman had alleged includes errors.
In a 5-0 decision, the court ruled that the state's Board of Canvassers had the authority to certify election results that might have included so-called duplicate ballots.
The Coleman campaign had claimed that such ballots, created by local election officials to mirror original ballots that were somehow damaged, were sometimes counted twice by accident, and should not be included.
Because the resolution of [Colemans] is better suited to an evidentiary hearing and fact-finding, the decision of the State Canvassing Board was not in error and the relief requested by [Coleman] is denied, Associate Justice Alan C. Page wrote for the court.
The ruling deals a blow to the Republicans campaign, which has sought to overcome the 46-vote lead Democratic challenger Al Franken has now secured in the hotly contested race.

So the government just making up ballots as they see fit is now legal?
The FIX is in. Follow the power...
Its like a bank robbery in broad daylight and slow motion.
As I have been saying for weeks now, the FIX is in for the tax cheating pornographer and his democRAT operatives in the great state of MN. My MN brother tells me his entire in-law set of relatives say they would rather vote for a MONKEY before they could ever pull the lever for a GOP candidate.
The vicious ‘Rats stole another election. Al Franken is the most loathsome POS this side of .... well, this side of almost any other Democrat.
Not in my mind.
As Stalin said it isn’t about the votes, it’s who counts the votes.
He needs to appeal to the Supreme Court.
Stealing another election through the use of force and coercion.
Why is the press ignoring this?
The Dims will continue with this folly until Franken is elected. Meanwhile, I sure hope that Tim Pawlenty isn’t too tarnished by all this. I mean, this is an ongoing mess with ballots found in car trunks and ballots lost and then found and.........What the heck is going on in Minnesota? Sheesh.
They are not ignoring it. They approve of it.
I’d bet dollars to donuts that had Franken filed such a suit, it would have been accepted and favored for him.
More and more it seems the “courts” are just an extension of the Socialist Demokratik Politburo.
Don’t worry folks. This won’t last long. In a couple years, just running against a Democrat will result in tax audits, intense media scrutiny, and a proctological exam by every alphabet agency in DC.
Then recounts will be unnecessary. The Workers’ Paradise will be realized and 99.9% of the votes will go for the Dems, just like Cuba and Venezuela and all the other “progressive” states.
Another stolen election. The ballot box is uworthless.
The judges know what happens in a “progressive state” when they dissent from the bench. They are denounced, dragged from their courtrooms, and given a quick trial followed by a bullet to the base of the skull.
There are four stages to a revolution:
1) The soap box
2) The ballot box
3) The jury box
4) The ammo box
What stage are we in?
Come on!! You know the answer!
...the press is either cheerleading Frankens eventual succesful "theft of office" or remaining silent to to avoid stiring up public reaction....what's new.
Pawlenty is a RINO and should be ashamed of being such a puss. Out with him and his ilk.
Franken’s alleged 43 vote lead is roughly equivalent to the votes he gained double counting the 133 votes he was screaming about for so long. Curious. I hope this is not over. This is a complete farce.
