Amazing, that little legue requires more qualification than President of the United States.

If I want to sign up an eight year old for USA Boxing they need a birth certificate. No B.C., no admission to the organization.

So for a kid to join a athletic program a B.C. is needed...to be POTUS...Nada...The world is upside down.
