Well Putin is cheating. That picture was actually taken 5 minutes after saving the life of a camera man by shooting a siberian tiger.
He immediately ripped off his shirt, danced a russian hunting dance (which looks like all other russian kick dances), the photographer took that picture, then Putin skinned the tiger with his bare hands.
