I don't know cuisine. I'm the kind of batchelor who likes Roast Beef Hash and fake eggs, scrambled. I even like fried SPAM sandwiches. But I saw a TV program where Alton Brown explained why the Hawaiians like SPAM. Alton is a food god don'tchaknow. ;-)
