Yup. And when the first seat-belt law was passed in this state, we were PROMISED it would NEVER be a reason for being pulled over.

Yeah sure, just another gummint lie.

The nanny state strikes again ... and again, and again, and again.
Return the powers to the state (the people) and I'll select the state with the rules/regs I choose to live under. Not going to happen but I can dream can't I?
Leave national security to the feds and refer all else to the Constitution/BORs.
