Men rarely lack a sex drive. If they have one and they can't control it - it causes them legal and psychological problems that are too well known to be elaborated here. Most men do control their sex drive their entire lives. It is asking too much of men to give it up completely, unless they live in a monastery. Male nature is at once gross and sublime and it becomes sublime in a union of true love with a woman where the carnality of the physical act is translated into something beautiful and touching that changes the soul. Which is precisely what no mere physical depiction of sex, such as in pornography for example, can ever convey to a man.

I guess I am in that low segment.... but the mood still stikes me from time to time, which the wife is glad to see.

She has expressed some of the articles points due to the lack of "action" on my behalf.

I agree with you completely. I just don’t understand all these women that don’t have a healthy drive.

First of all, these women need to have their hormones checked by a forward-thinking doctor who cares about quality of life and not just disease, and if their hormone levels are not optimal (no BS about “that’s normal for YOUR AGE or that’s normal for WOMEN ON THE PILL”!!), then they should be given bioidentical, transdermal hormones. They do not cause cancer, they actually LENGTHEN life, and they certainly would make you want to live longer. (Only artificial, oral hormone replacement causes cancer.)

I love your description and I feel it’s the same for men AND women.
