A passenger, early-on, was reporting the right(?) engine was on fire as they left the runway. That, plus a crosswind, would certainly tend to affect the handling of an aircraft going down the runway at 100 mph or so!

Rotate speed of a 737 is 150 mph.

It can take off with one engine.

I believe the pilot aborted and tried to stop.

Even though the runway was clear,
high wind gusts will form ice on the runway.
