Distraction. That’s getting as much use as the word ‘notion’.

What he is saying is that he is guilty but he pardons him.

President-elect Barack Obamas aides plan to release a report this week absolving incoming chief of staff Rahm Emanuel of any impropriety in his contacts with the disgraced Illinois governors office, Democratic sources tell Politico.I know that Obama went to the best schools and is a good orator, but I am not sure he knows the meaning of the word "impropriety." The meaning of that word is very different for him in contrast to its meaning for the rest of the world.
Of course Emanuel has been absolved, and that is all that counts. For he and Obama have similar Chicago gangster and Democratic Party backgrounds, where words mean what they say they mean, and who they apply to; certainly not to you or I.

Oh BTW, Gov. Blago’s Chicago office is at 4147 N. Ravenswood. Rahm lives on the 4200 block of North Hermitage Ave. which is one short city block east of Ravenswood. In OTW, Rahm lives about 150 yards away from Gov. Blago’s Chicago Office.

There are 3 homosexual members of Obama’s former congregation at Trinity who have been murdered, execution style, since last year, including a former music minister. How come the news hounds aren’t all over this, esp. since it raises all kinds of red flags?

Obama also found himself to be black after an internal investigation.

Amazing. Rahmbo did is not viewing the undercarriage of the bus. This might be a first. Of course if anyone knows whats really on Obama’s long form birth certificate, it would be Rahmbo.

I have been briefed on the review that Obama has done, Stephanopoulos said. The sources I talked to say that what it will show isWell, this is why ABC and the Democrats put Snuffleupagus in the great David Brinkley's seat in the first place - - to spin for their party. Nothing less is expected of Georgie.

This is a giant game of “chicken”. Obama delayed his internal report until the 22nd, ostensibly to satisfy a request of the U.S. Attorney's office. Then Blago defiantly refuses to step down. I don't think this was what Obama’s folks were looking for. Methinks they are editing that document right now, and up until the moment it is released, hoping that facts outside of their control (information on the tapes) do not contradict them. A smart move by one of the reporters at last week's Obama presser would have been a challenge to Obama to seal the supposedly complete report and deposit it in some neutral third party's control for release on the 22nd. If it was true then it will be true on the 22nd. But Obama needs time to see how things lie on the 22nd to play it then. And the snoozing press is letting it happen.

This whole thing reeks!!! Internal investigation Bah!! We all knew the outcome of that.
This has turned into a surreal nightmare with more to come and he hasn’t even been coronated yet.
Lord have mercy on us.

Of course Obama is protecting him. He did what Obama wanted him to do. Obama is just as guilty if not more than his side kick.

This is quite crappy journalism coming from the The Politico.

If this were a Republican administration I would be very worried for the WH Chief of Staff’s future. Usually an expression of ‘confidence’ is followed by a forced resignation. As this is a Democrat administration, they’ll just tough-it out and wait for the Press to go away.
