That is one of the reasons O wants his national police force. He can then claim there is an armed group to defend us.

To hell with the 0, we can take care of ourselves.

“To hell with the 0, we can take care of ourselves.”

It will indeed be interesting to see how America reacts to bwing ordered to disarm by the government.

I guess I will need to move to a state that plans to say hell no.

Libs are terrified of an AWB. Why? Because they know it will cost them congress in 2010 just like it did in 1994.

There was a wonderful political cartoon that I saw right after the '94 elections. It showed a huge bullet, labeled something like "election results", lodged in one side of the White House. On the left side of the frame, a huge smoking revolver barrel was labeled "Pro-gun voters' outrage". A thought/speech balloon, coming from the Oval Office, contained Clinton's thoughts: "That was no mere potshot...".

Yeah, they know what they've roused before when they pushed a gun-banning agenda. Even ol' Bawney Fwank has complained to his fellow Democrats that an anti-gun agenda is the surest way for Democrats to lose power in Congress. Only time will tell whether they've truly learned that lesson. Personally, I think they're going to return to form.
