The Bush-bots here will say GWB is JUST being responsible by killing capitalism with bailouts, W did great damage to capitalism with his extremely poor economic leadership. The bailouts are his futile attempt to clean up the resulting mess.

Give me some specifics. Just what did Bush do to tank capitalism? He can’t legitimately be blamed for the collapse of the market in the Fall of 2008.
