Scalia may enjoy the constitutional question. After the electoral college and Congress certify, but it is still shown that the prez can’t be the prez, then he can’t be. Roberts won’t swear him in, Scalia will laugh all the way to his chair, and Joe Biden will have to take over the oval. If only this all came to pass.
Let them all laugh it out and give Joey Biden the nod.
I would pay a pretty high price to watch Clarence Thomas wag his finger and shake his head at the son of the Kenyan.
I’d also love to watch Alan Keyes wipe the smirk off his opponent’s face.
Those moments would be worth their weight in gold.
