How odd - no mention of the religion of peace in the article. Is does say that "locals" were joined by leftists: Police spokeswoman Ewa-Gun Westford said she would not even hazard a guess as to how many police vehicles were damaged in the rioting, as locals were reportedly joined by left-wing extremists, or "autonomists", from outside the area.

I wouldn’t rule out leftists either. They have a track record of alliances with muslims and any other group who will help them kick their own culture in the teeth.
