My sister had one, and the engine mounts broke (not the bolts the MOUNTS!). Dang motor spun 90 degrees under the hood and died right in the parking lot.
Until that time, she had been driving an Accord of some year for years (they liked to trade in alot). Never again.
Right now both our vehicles are paid in full—Jeep Grand Cherokee and Ford Ranger. Wont be too long before the Ranger will have to be replaced, probably will go with a small car. Just not sure which. I’m liking the Toyotas, but since Ford did not take the bailout, might stick with them. We will see. Right now I’m liking not having car payments. this is a first for us. We would have ran out and bought another as soon as one was paid for, but not during these uncertain times. We’re trying to live by the words of “if it aint broke dont fix it, and if you don’t need it, don’t buy it” (compliments of my son-in-law).
