I hope everyone posting on this thread has called senators and reps in his or her state in protest.I for one have explained to my gutless GOP senators and one representative that standing against the pay raise would go a long way in restoring the GOP's credibility and revealing the liberal's "do as we say, not as we do" pronouncements to the auto and other executives. After all, who but a handful in Congress (like Coburn) earned anything these last years?
Please call your congressfolk to express your outrage. Can you imagine the respect meter climbing if the GOP stood together on this and shamed the liberals?
