“...I’m calling for a ‘National Day at the Range’. “
I’m in for that, or “National Reloading Day”...
It's been National Reloading Day at my house ever since November 4th.
Just picked up 300 pounds of used wheel weights from my local tire shop, and a 55 gallon drum of 9mm, .40S&W, .38 Special, .45ACP, and 5.56 NATO brass from a police department range. (Sorting all the brass is the fun part - NOT!)
Plenty of .44 Special and .44 Mag brass already on hand. Same with 7.62 Match. Powder and primers ready to go... Jacketed bullets on the shelf for rounds that require them. Don't have enough boxes to store ammo in, so I'm wrapping a counted lot in wax paper and then vacuum sealing it in plastic.
The reloading press is a big 40 year old, 38 pound (without dies) co-axial monster... I've never gotten a blister from reloading until just recently!
Rageards,
