“...surprised Essence would touch this...theyre a black interest magazine.”

Maybe that is EXACTLY why they touched this?
If/when the truth about who BHO really is and what he is about can no longer be denied, there are a whole bunch of jilted old guard folks who really DID “live the struggle” who are going to be in a position to extract their just due.
I see this as a drawing of lines and marshalling of forces. Zed does not have the lineage, pedigree, and a history of dutiful loyalty to “his people” and “the cause.” When his selfish delusions of grandeur and lust for power finally bring him down, he will have set The Movement back decades if not more and the real leaders among his “proclaimed” people know it.
BHO is all about POWER, not equality. “HIS power onto (NOT unto) them, not equality for (as in among) them.”

“Good news! This is not a black or white issue. It is an AMERICAN ISSUE”
...you’re right of course....but considering their readership voted overwhelmingly for BHO, I was startled that they would touch anything that would question his legitimacy....more power to ‘em.

“If he was born in Hawaii, then he is a natural born citizen.”
Keyes needs to get that straightened out. This is why I think Obama has been doing the song and dance around not releasing his birth certificate. All the attention is being paid to where he was born, and while this does in fact have bearing on the requirement issue, it isn’t the only thing... Astroturfed into the office of the president of the united states.

Yes, the BC story was on the front page of Globe Magazine, a supermarket tabloid. Remember that supermarket tabloid stories aren't all phony. There have been occasions when they have had more courage than the MSM to break scandal stories about Democrats.

Obama received dual citizenship since his father was a Kenyan-born national, which arguably doesn't qualify him as a "natural born citizen" as required by the U.S. Constitution.
Perfect in its simplicity.

Teflon coated comes with a warning.. Extreme heat damages and metal knives damage. Plastic MSM are helping to preserve his non stick surface.
Time to turn up the heat and long metal knives.

Good article. I predict by the time we reach the end of Obama’s first term, he will make Clinton look pristine. He’s sure off to a great start.

If he was born in Hawaii, then he is a natural born citizen.
Not what this guy says . . .
Rep. John Bingham of Ohio, considered the father of the Fourteenth Amendment, confirms the understanding and construction the framers used in regards to birthright and jurisdiction while speaking on civil rights of citizens in the House on March 9, 1866:
" ... I find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents [plural, meaning two] not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen..."
And check out that "not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty" part. Obama's father was a foreigner, a British subject.
And, Obama admits he was a British subject for 21 years on his own campaign website. He owed allegiance to a foreign sovereign and says so himself.
Obama is a citizen of the United States, but he has never, ever, been a "natural born citizen."

The problem with this is that on Obama’s inauguration day (of January 20th), the Supreme Court will declare any of these cases moot and dismiss them all. That’s because on the Congress will have the ability to remove Obama from office (by impeachment and conviction). And we all know that a predominantly Democrat Congress will never do that (just look at Clinton...).
Also, since it’s a states rights issue in regards to any of the states and the Secretaries of State (and them vetting the candidates), I doubt the Supreme Court will intervene into that states rights issue.
The only solution is for people to correct the *defective vetting process* that allowed Obama to get into office the way he is, by passing state laws to require proof from a candidate before being placed on the ballot. That’s how this thing needs to be corrected.

I know. Keyes needs to see this stuff asap. Too bad he didn’t have this for the interview.

I have responded to well over 100 posts from well-meaning, and some not-so-well-meaning, FReepers' questions and challenges about what a "natural born citizen" is and isn't.
I will respond to no more posts on this subject.
The information I have is at
The Natural Born Citizen Chart. It is not MY opinion. I didn't pull it out of the ether or anywhere else. The information on this page was provided by three attorneys and edited into a single page. They all practice in the federal courts system and they agree on the caselaw and precedent. Read it carefully and make sure to read the caselaw, especially those sections that are highlighted.
If you have a different opinion, fine. That's your prerogative (tip of the hat to the "natural born citizen," Bobby Brown).

Did you not get the memo about there being two Americas
in the DNC- and MSM-controlled USA?
:::::::::
Yes it is Animal Farm....but I for one am not going to let a handful of Chicago street thug styled socialists tear up country. I don’t care what the MSM and its socialist party do to America in the short term — the Constitution will stand, freedom will stand....

I concur. At best he is a “citizen of the United States” by birth assuming he was born in Hawaii. He’s falls well short of the natural allegiance required of a natural-born citizen.
